I figured at this point that i was in over my head so i decided to contact Autodesk's support team. I ran the tool on a program (AutoCAD 2020 if I remember correctly) and attempted to uninstall it again to no avail.
I did some research about this problem and I ended up downloading an uninstallation tool from Microsoft.
I was able to get some of the programs to uninstall but some simply would not leave. The obvious next step was a clean uninstall of all Autodesk software, so I began going through that process. I attempted the reconfigurations that were suggested, but I kept having the same issue where 2021 would not load. Here's what's happened since my last post. Hey guys, thanks for all of your suggestions.
